On Monday I was able to go get an ultrasound of the baby. It is so cool seeing the baby for the first time even though it still looks a little like an alien. I was just over 12 weeks when they looked at the baby. The ultrasound technician asked if I wanted to know the gender and maybe we could see what it was starting to look like. The technician wasn't for sure and told me we would have to wait until the next time to confirm what it was starting to look like. I'll be 20 weeks right before Christmas and so I'm hoping to find out for sure what it is and see if those early pictures were correct in telling us what it was starting to look like.
